Date of Examination: 30 May 2024 at Medbury School.

I have read and I accept the conditions of entry of the Medbury Scholarship and I wish my son to sit the examination.

Please attach copy of your son's birth certificate or passport, and his most recent school report. If applying for the Boarding All Round Scholarship please attach your son's letter to the Headmaster.

Conditions of Entry

  • To apply for a Year 5 Academic scholarship entrants must be currently in a Year 4 class and must be under the age of nine years and six months on 1 August 2024.
  • To apply for a Year 7 Academic or Music scholarship entrants must be currently in a Year 6 class and must be under the age of eleven years and six months on 1 August 2024.
  • If applying for the academic scholarship examinations are based on the year state school syllabus.
  • The academic examinations will be set and marked by the Headmaster and his senior staff and the results will be submitted to the Trust Board.
  • All applicants must provide their most recent school report when applying to sit for a scholarship to Medbury School.
  • No scholarship will be awarded until the applicant has been interviewed by the Headmaster, and is deemed to meet the necessary interview criteria.
  • A scholarship may be withdrawn from a boy whose behaviour, or application to his work, is unsatisfactory.
  • A boy is not eligible to win both an Academic and a Music Scholarship.
  • In the case of international students the scholarship amount is based on the domestic school tuition fee, and not the international school fee.

The entry form below must be submitted online on or before 17 May 2024.

The academic examinations will be held at Medbury on Thursday, 30 May 2024 in the afternoon.

The Scholarships will be offered on 12 June 2024 and acceptance must be made on or before 14 June 2024 .
